At Ema4kids Legacy Foundation, we are dedicated to developing young leaders through hands-on experience and mentorship. Today, we are delighted to introduce our finance intern, Jacob Adinimil.
👨🎓Jacob is a graduate and former Ema4kids scholarship recipient with a passion for finance and accounting. He is eager to sharpen his professional skills while contributing to projects that support youths and communities through his work at our foundation.
💡 Why Ema4kids?
Jacob chose Ema4kids because of our mission to support orphans and vulnerable youth in poverty- and conflict-afflicted communities through education scholarships, empowerment, and fortification against exploitation linked to violent conflict and trafficking. By joining the team, he aims to gain deeper hands-on experience in financial management while being part of a movement that creates lasting change.
📌 Role at Ema4kids
As a Finance Intern, Jacob plays a key role in ensuring accountability and transparency in our financial processes. His responsibilities include:
Updating scholarship recipients’ budgets.
Assisting the scholarship disbursement coordinator with the expense book.
Calculating annual expenses and income.
Collaborating with the global program director on strategic planning.
Supporting the global youth coordinator with the collection of documentation following scholarship recipients' disbursements.
🌍 Our Commitment
At Ema4kids, we are dedicated to providing Jacob with mentorship. And practical finance experience that will prepare him for greater opportunities in his career journey. His contributions are already helping us strengthen accountability in our programs and ensure resources reach the youth who need them most.
🙏 A Warm Welcome
We are excited to have Jacob Adinimil join the Ema4kids family. Please join us in wishing him a successful and impactful internship journey with us!
