International Day of the Girl Child Event Recap:

Empowering Young Girls for a Brighter Future.

On October 11th, 2024, Ema4Kids, in collaboration with the Girls Advocacy for Peace Initiative, organized a significant event at West of Mines, Jos, Plateau State, to celebrate the International Day of the Girl Child. The event focused on educating young girls about their fundamental rights and empowering them to shape their own futures.

Through lively discussions, interactive sessions, and hands-on activities, participants learned about important topics like gender equality, education, health, and personal safety. The aim was to motivate these girls to realize their potential and become champions for positive change in their communities.

We are incredibly proud of the young girls who took part, their enthusiasm for learning, and the significant discussions that occurred. Together, we are creating a future where every girl can develop, lead, and succeed!
